Sales Representatives (2 positions available)

Chantler’s Environmental Services is part of the Total Sanitation Services family of brands.

Chantler’s is a route-based provider of portable sanitation rental equipment and related services. Since 1988, Chantler’s has been proudly serving the province of Ontario. In that time, They have become the leaders in portable sanitation; servicing the country’s largest events including Sars Stock and World Youth Day 2002. They are proud to have the most experienced and skilled employees in the business.

About the Role

We’re not done growing! We are looking to add two sales representatives to our team who will learn from one of the best in the business and help us achieve our customer growth goals. Never sold before? That’s okay! If you are someone who can easily talk to people, loves to learn from someone else’s experience, and ready to make customer relationships the focus of your work, we can teach you the rest! These roles can be based in either Grimsby or Hillsburgh, ON.

Responsibilities

· Commit to learning from a top performer, which may include job shadowing, taking notes, and using HubSpot to record and plan sales activities
· Split time between customer service and sales administration tasks and visiting job sites to develop and strengthen customer relationships
· Focus on growing wallet share with existing customers in assigned territory

Qualifications

· 3 – 5 years of work experience, preferably in Sales
· G license with a clean driving record
· Excellent computer skills, previous experience using CRM software is an asset
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
